Loader launched and says to open the game, but after starting the game the loader doesn't close and the cheat doesn't activate
Launch order matters: start the loader first and wait for the prompt to open the game, then launch the game , not the other way around. Do not start the product while the game is already running.
If the order is correct and the issue persists, download the Sordum utility (archive password: sordum), run it, click Search, and send a screenshot of the results to support , this helps diagnose conflicts on your system.
Ghost LegitLoader closes by itself or loops on startup
Reinstall the loader and update your GPU drivers , this resolves the issue in most cases. If the loader still closes on its own, try launching with a VPN enabled, then fully reboot your PC.
If nothing helps, the developers may be actively working on a fix , check with support for the current status.

Download the cheat archive. The archive password is: sordum.
- Extract the archive and run the executable.
- Click the Search button and wait for it to finish.
- You can then launch the game.
Keys & activation
I pasted my key into the loader but it says key not found or not active
Make sure you copy the key in full with no extra spaces at the beginning or end. If the error persists right after purchase, contact support and provide: a screenshot of the key from your payment confirmation, the key as plain text, and a screenshot of the error in the loader , the operator will forward this to the developer to verify activation.

Cheat won't launch , how do I check if my system is set up correctly?
Download the Sordum utility (archive password: sordum), run it, click Search, and send a screenshot of the results to support. This is the standard first diagnostic step , without this screenshot, support cannot accurately identify the cause of your issue.
System checker shows errors , what exactly needs to be enabled or disabled
For most cheats to work correctly, your system must meet these requirements:
- Windows Defender real-time protection , disabled
- Core Isolation / Memory Integrity (HVCI) , disabled
- User Account Control (UAC) , disabled
- TPM , disabled in BIOS
- Third-party antivirus (Kaspersky etc.) , fully uninstalled
Run the system checker tool, take a screenshot of the results, and send it to support , operators will identify which setting is blocking the launch.
Antivirus (Kaspersky, Defender) blocks or deletes cheat files
Fully uninstall any third-party antivirus using the manufacturer's own uninstaller , disabling it is not enough. After removal, clean registry remnants with CCleaner. Disable Windows Defender via Security settings: Real-time protection → Off.
If the file is flagged as a virus during download , try downloading from a different browser or via the store's Telegram bot.
Software launches but crashes or causes PC reboot with no error message
Check the following in order:
- Make sure any antivirus (including Kaspersky) is fully uninstalled, not just disabled.
- Install all current Visual C++ Redistributable runtimes: download the all-in-one pack from TechPowerUp and run the bat file as administrator.
- Repair Windows system files: open CMD as administrator and run sfc /scannow, then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, then reboot.
- If nothing helps , reinstall Windows.
TPM is enabled , spoofer or cheat fails to inject, shows TPM error
Enter BIOS and disable TPM (on Gigabyte boards this is labeled as «Disabled» / «Forbidden»). Also make sure Secure Boot is off. Save settings (F10) and reboot.
If Windows asks you to create a new PIN or password after disabling TPM , skip it or remove the Windows login password: this is related to BitLocker, not the cheat.
Cheat menu won't open , pressing the hotkey does nothing
Try all standard menu hotkeys one by one: Insert, Home, F2, Right Shift, End. The exact key depends on the product and is listed in its instructions.
Also make sure the game is running in windowed or borderless window mode , the menu typically does not open in true fullscreen.
Core Isolation (HVCI / Memory Integrity) prevents the cheat from launching
Disable Core Isolation / Memory Integrity: Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation → Memory Integrity → Off. Reboot. If the toggle is greyed out, disable it via the registry or reinstall Windows.
Downloading file from the site , network error, speed drops to 0, download fails
This is typically caused by ISP-level blocks. Enable a VPN and retry the download. If the file is hosted on MEGA , install the MEGA browser extension: without it, large files will not download completely. Alternatively, download the loader via the store's Telegram bot.
Cheat worked yesterday, stopped working today , won't launch or inject
Most likely a game or anti-cheat update was released and the cheat developer has not yet published a patch. Check the latest product news in the support Telegram channel. If there is no update announcement , contact support: the operator will check the status with the developer. Subscription time is compensated in such cases.
I enter the key and get 'invalid code' or the key is not accepted
Make sure you copy the key in full , extra or missing characters (even leading/trailing spaces) will cause an error. Verify you are entering the key into the correct loader that it was purchased for. If the key is definitely correct, reboot your PC and try again , this sometimes resolves the issue.
After reinstalling Windows the loader won't launch , what to do
Make sure all required dependencies are installed: download and install Visual C++ Redistributable (all-in-one pack), .NET Runtime, and DirectX. Re-download the loader fresh , from the Telegram bot or MEGA. If it still does not launch, contact support: include your Windows version, CPU model, and a screenshot of the error.
Game won't start with virtualization enabled, but the cheat requires it
Some anti-cheats (e.g. Vanguard in Valorant) conflict with certain virtualization settings. If the game requires virtualization off while the cheat requires it on, try using a spoofer , it includes a bypass that resolves this conflict without changing BIOS settings.
