Most often the loader is blocked by antivirus software or Windows' built-in protection features. Try these steps in order:

• Run the loader as administrator.
• Add the loader's folder to your antivirus and Windows Defender exclusions.
• Temporarily disable overlays from third-party apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, and similar).
• Reboot your computer and launch the loader again.

If it still won't start or closes on its own, contact support — sometimes the cause is a specific Windows protection setting that needs to be adjusted individually for your system.

In most cases the site becomes unreachable because your internet provider is blocking the connection, not because of an issue on our end. Try the following:

• Turn on a VPN and check if the site loads;
• Switch your DNS server to a public one, such as Quad9 (9.9.9.9) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1);
• Check the site's availability from another region using a third-party checker tool.

If it still won't load after that, contact support and we'll share the current working address.

This message means the game developer released a new update and the cheat has not been adapted for it yet, so the loader reports a version mismatch.

• Wait for the cheat developer to release an update — this usually takes anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days.
• Check with support for the current update status.
• If the wait eats into your paid subscription time, ask support to add compensation time to your subscription.

Download the Sordum utility (available from technical support; archive password: sordum), run it, click Search, and send a screenshot of the results to support. This is the standard first diagnostic step , without this screenshot, support cannot accurately identify the cause of your issue.

This is usually caused by Windows' built-in driver protection (blocking "vulnerable" drivers) or by third-party antivirus and overlays interfering with the loader.

• Add the loader folder to your antivirus exclusions.
• Disable third-party overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience, and similar) that may conflict with the loader.
• Contact support — they can provide a compatibility-check utility and help you get the loader running.

We don't recommend manually changing Windows' protection settings yourself — it can damage your system.

For most cheats to work correctly, your system must meet these requirements:

• Windows Defender real-time protection , disabled
• Core Isolation / Memory Integrity (HVCI) , disabled
• User Account Control (UAC) , disabled
• TPM , disabled in BIOS
• Third-party antivirus (Kaspersky etc.) , fully uninstalled

Run the system checker tool, take a screenshot of the results, and send it to support , operators will identify which setting is blocking the launch.

Fully uninstall any third-party antivirus using the manufacturer's own uninstaller , disabling it is not enough. After removal, clean registry remnants with CCleaner. Disable Windows Defender via Security settings: Real-time protection → Off.

If the file is flagged as a virus during download , try downloading from a different browser or via the store's Telegram bot.

Check the following in order:

• Make sure any antivirus (including Kaspersky) is fully uninstalled, not just disabled.
• Install all current Visual C++ Redistributable runtimes: download the all-in-one pack from TechPowerUp and run the bat file as administrator.
• Repair Windows system files: open CMD as administrator and run sfc /scannow, then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, then reboot.
• If nothing helps , reinstall Windows.

This error means the license key's hardware binding (HWID) has changed — for example, after reinstalling Windows or resetting a spoofer.

• Contact support and provide your license key;
• A support agent will reset the HWID binding on your key;
• After the reset, launch the program again and check that it works.

Keep in mind that the number of free HWID resets may be limited.

Enter BIOS and disable TPM (on Gigabyte boards this is labeled as «Disabled» / «Forbidden»). Also make sure Secure Boot is off. Save settings (F10) and reboot.

If Windows asks you to create a new PIN or password after disabling TPM , skip it or remove the Windows login password: this is related to BitLocker, not the cheat.

This is typically caused by ISP-level blocks. Enable a VPN and retry the download. If the file is hosted on MEGA , install the MEGA browser extension: without it, large files will not download completely. Alternatively, download the loader via the store's Telegram bot.

• If it happens again, try launching a few more times: the game frequently starts fine after a couple of retries.

Make sure you copy the key in full , extra or missing characters (even leading/trailing spaces) will cause an error. Verify you are entering the key into the correct loader that it was purchased for. If the key is definitely correct, reboot your PC and try again , this sometimes resolves the issue.

Make sure all required dependencies are installed: download and install Visual C++ Redistributable (all-in-one pack), .NET Runtime, and DirectX. Re-download the loader fresh , from the Telegram bot or MEGA. If it still does not launch, contact support: include your Windows version, CPU model, and a screenshot of the error.

Open Windows Settings → System → About and check your OS version and build number.

Compare it with the list of supported Windows versions on the product page — not every product works on every Windows version. If your version isn't supported, the program may fail to launch or not respond to hotkeys at all.

• Set scaling to 100%;
• Restart the program and check that clicks now line up with the cursor.
