The loader shows a connection or download error, or the game freezes while launching. What should I do?
Most often this is a connection issue with the activation server, especially right after a game update. Try the following:
Turn on a VPN and launch the program again.
If you already use a VPN, switch to a different server.
Restart the loader and your PC, then try again.
If the problem appeared right after a game update, wait for the program to be updated for the new version. If the error persists, contact support and include the error text or a screenshot of the launch window.
Will other players see my skinchanger?
No. Every skinchanger change is visible only to you, teammates and opponents still see the default hero models. This applies to cosmetics as well as the terrain and weather changes.
The loader won't open or keeps loading , what should I do?
This is usually caused by ISP blocking or regional restrictions. Try enabling a VPN and launching the loader again. Use any stable VPN client with servers outside your region.
The game closes or crashes right when the program tries to inject. What should I do?
If the game closes right as the program tries to inject, this is usually caused by conflicting system components or your antivirus.
Make sure the loader's folder is added to your antivirus exceptions.
Contact support — they will send you a system compatibility check utility; run it and send back a screenshot of the result.

Where do I enter the activation key for the Dota 2 skinchanger?
The activation key is entered in the loader , a dedicated launch program. You can find the download link in the instructions included with your purchase.
After downloading, open the loader and enter your activation key in the designated field.
The cheat's functions still don't work even after a restart. What should I do?
Fully close both the loader and the cheat, then delete the cache files from the loader folder (the assets archive and the dll file next to it).
Launch the game through the loader again and check whether the functions work. If that doesn't help, contact support.
