For this job to go smoothly, your PC has to be ready. This isn't just "download and run". There are a few things you need to check on your system. Don't skip them unless you want everything to crash at the worst possible moment.
1. BIOS/UEFI check:We need a modern system. Make sure your BIOS runs in UEFI mode. Old Legacy won't work for us. While you're at it, check that your system drive is partitioned as GPT. If you don't know how to check this, google it. This is the basics.
2. Virtualization and Hyper-V settings:Our software uses a few clever tricks to get past protection. For that it needs support from your hardware. Go into BIOS and make sure virtualization (Intel VT-x / AMD-V) is enabled. After that you need to turn on the Hyper-V component inside Windows itself. This is mandatory.
3. Disabling Secure Boot:This Microsoft "protection" only gets in the way of our work. You need to turn it off. Find the Secure Boot option in your BIOS and set it to Disabled. Without this the cheat simply won't start.

The cheat stopped working or won't open after a game update — is that normal?
Yes, that's expected: whenever the game gets an update, the software needs to catch up too, and its features can be unavailable in the meantime.
Check the product status on the site. If it already shows as active but the program still won't run, try re-downloading the loader — that sometimes fixes things right after a patch.
Entered the key to download the loader but nothing downloads , just redirects to the instruction page

What order should I launch the cheat and spoofer in to avoid errors?
Launch everything in a strict order: reboot your PC first, then start the loader, then the spoofer, and only after that the game.

Yes, in some cases the loader has to be launched specifically from a USB flash drive as part of the protection mechanism.
Copy the loader file onto the flash drive and run it from there instead of a local disk.
